Are You Afraid of the Dark?

As darkness falls, the female searches the floor desperately for something, anything that could help illuminate the scene. Scrambling, her left hand lands on something long and smooth. She picks it up, feeling the ridges on the side, and finding the end of what seems to be some sort of handle. She glides her hands up to the top, and finds a cone-shaped dome, with a flat edge on the side. Suddenly she realizes what it is. She shines her light quickly over and…

That’s all I can tell you! Sorry folks, but the creative director has made me promise to keep my lips tight and sealed. But thanks to our amazing prop designer, our main character can now see in the dark! And yes, this prop is going to be super important because, you guessed it, almost the whole game will take place in darkness. What’s a survival horror game without some creepy dark spaces and loud noises, right?

Uh oh, I’m almost giving too much away. I better sign off before I tell you guys everything!

And don’t forget, we are still hiring for an animator and a GUI/concept artist! You can easily apply by sending you resume and portfolio to nstavish.2014@gmail.com . So all you talented people better get your name in right now! I hear there are already some strong candidates…

See you next week!

Signing off, Keri Irace, PR Manager
